		<description>That&#039;s an interesting idea, too.  I&#039;ve heard of companies that debrief new employees who came from competitors. They take a “share as long as you don’t feel you’re violating your NDA” approach... which yields good results, but seems pretty morally dubious!

		<description>I think that ethics are very much a personal thing. Having an ethical code would be too restrictive. I posted on my blog recently about Guerilla competitive analysis. Some people find this a difficult to reconcile with their ethical boundaries, whereas others are very comfortable with it.
