		<description>Our team just wrapped a release where we followed many of the recommendations from Pragmatic&#039;s launch guide below.  After some initial resistance (myself included), we found the simple act of having named release goals to be VERY useful.  Our weekly meetings suddenly had a sense of purpose that was not there before.
