Greetings! And thanks for coming by.
My name’s Chris. As a product manager, I’ve delivered a variety of different software to market ranging from loyalty programs and online games, to SaaS solutions for small businesses, to location-based mobile apps for iOS and Android. You check out some of the products I’ve worked on here.
Product Management Meets Pop Culture is my attempt to give something back to the community that helped shape me as a product management professional.
Why the pop culture?
Because most people “get” pop culture, and most people don’t really understand the role of “Product Manager” … but a good PM can mean the difference between a product achieving its goals or missing the mark.
I’ve developed this site — using movies, comics, and other pop culture ephemera — to illustrate product management concepts in a clear and fun way; provide practical advice on being an effective, respected Product Manager; and hopefully encourage discussion of best practices that we can all benefit from.
